Explosives do damage in a specific radius, depending on the type of explosive. The following table uses blocks (i.e. a Log is 4x1x1 blocks) to measure the radius of the blast.

Unless the creator of the map turns off explosive Damage, the explosives can easily kill targets or the player that threw the explosive.
Several of the Explosives are types of Grenades, meaning the player can throw them horizontally before they explode.
The other explosives can be set off on the ground, or ignited while using a Propeller Pack to drop them straight down at targets.
All Explosives are Craftable with the exception of the Bomb.
Note: Explosives will destroy terrain but will not drop any resources such as Ores.
